Notice of discharge order - 9 October 2018
Subsequent to the Discharge Order granted by the Court on 24 August 2018 in respect Nortel Networks Romania SRL (Nortel Romania), the Court has granted a further Order extending the deadline by which a liquidator must be appointed in respect of the company to 1 December 2018.
